Refund, Returns & Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges
The Medica Social Worker does not offer returns or exchanges to any of its products at any time. No exceptions or exemptions.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged in error by us. In the event you receive a damaged or defective product, please send us an email to info@themedicalsocialworker.org.
Processing & Shipment Information
We use USPS to ship orders to our customers and clients.
Order Processing Time
Orders placed through our website will begin processing immediately. Standard processing and shipping times range from 5-7 business days. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will begin processing on Monday or on the next business day.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once an order has been placed. No exceptions or exemptions. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
International Orders
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Track Your Order
Once your order has been processed, an email confirmation tracking information will be automatically sent. You will be able to track your package directly through the carrier’s website. For issues with the delivery, please contact the carrier directly as we cannot be held liable for items damaged, missing or stolen after the item has been shipped.
