Octavia Daniels-White, LMSW

Hi, I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker with over a decade of experience walking alongside individuals and families during some of life’s most difficult seasons. I’ve had the privilege of working in Mental Health, Oncology, and Hospice care—each role deepening my passion for helping others heal, grow, and find hope.

Currently, I serve as both a Hospice Medical Social Worker and a Mental Health Clinician, supporting people in crisis and guiding families through moments of loss and transition. I’m also just a few months away from completing my LCSW, an accomplishment that will further strengthen my ability to advocate for and support those in need.

My heart’s mission is to help others discover their strength and perseverance while celebrating their victories—big and small—along the way. At the center of my work is compassion, connection, and the belief that no one should face life’s challenges alone.
